I've had this grinder for about a month and use it daily. It works extremely well and consistently provides an even grind. It feels durable and is very nicely finished. As for the rating, 5 might be a bit high but 4 isn't quite enough. A solid 4.5/5. To get five it would need to be a bit bigger, and the drawer would have to be slightly re-designed
